Recently, I’ve been talking to a lot of men about the differences between men and women in business. Objectivity seemed to be the word I heard most, and then one comment struck me so hard, so authentically I thought – why didn’t this occur to me before? Women compromise in business too much, while men forge ahead without worry!
To quote my unnamed source, “…generally speaking, men are more driven and not as concerned with others in business, so more cutthroat, whereas more women tend to look for compromise.”
There’s the part that struck me.

When you let other people’s “stuff” affect how you do business, that’s bull, and you don’t need their bull anymore! But that’s not the only place the bull is coming from…
