It’s just a fact of life, that whether in business, life or both, we sometimes have to deal with people who are manipulative. Those ones who try to intimidate you, push your buttons, put you down, and do whatever they can to get their own way. That kind of person can send you reeling emotionally and it is exhausting, both mentally and physically, to have to deal with it, unless… you have some strategies up your sleeve!

It is so true that an emotional reaction gives the manipulator the power, yet it is so very difficult not to react!
